Start gradually. The PF Rebuild Guide recommends beginning with a 10–15 minute walk in your ReSteps during Week 1, on flat ground at a comfortable pace. If soreness builds before 15 minutes, stop there and use that as your starting point. From there, build up each week: 15–20 minutes in Week 2, 20–25 minutes in Week 3, and 25–30 minutes in Week 4.
